Theres been some excitment building in my house .

theres been a trip planned north and todays the day .....

the bags are packed

the kids are ready to roll....

off to Scotts Head with dad for a carey family holiday ,yay

look at those happy faces,aint they beautiful,so excited to get away ,be with cousins.

theres something magical about summer vacations ,

and im glad they can share the beach and fun with dad,

while i stay here for work....

wish i was there kids........

Howdy friends..how's this weekend going for you?

..a sleepy start to my day after a night out.hehehhe

thanks to miss k and her friends for their company.

so this morning after a yummy breaky

(ive been neglecting myself a little nutritionally)

and some phone calls to some very important people,lol

i got stuck into these canvases...for a friend who is attending a 40th tonight..

dont you love it when you get an art commision the day before its needed.

and you have to go out the night before...so at midday i started on these and they were picked up at 3.30......a big thanks to leanne for whipping up the signature board for me...thats one lees item i needed to worry about ...hope to get something done for myself this weekend...

tomorrow the kids and paul go away for a week north to pauls relo's in scott's head...

omg ,one week to me...far out wish i was holidays too,

but im staying here for work.

aww poor me....hehehhe

i love my job...

so it was a delight to get back to work and catch up with everyone. im super tired,those very very late nights/mornings are catching up with me ,i need an early night, so ill be putting off finishing this baby,which i need to complete..but i suppose being able to focus on a piece is important,right .i attacked this one with textured paste and crackle medium(thanks Tim Holts for your superior distress product,i think i need it in every colour).maybe i could just play with product for an hour........................yaaaaaaawn ....well maybe not quote of the day

and its the last day of my holidays ...grrrrr

but i am excited to get back to work and see all my little possums,

see how they liked chriatmas and summer playtime,

see my gorgeous work buddies and get stuck into the year ahead

the kids have been a blast to have around,and i would love to adopt this gorgeous girl

my girls just love her ,and angie wouldnt part with my twins

so dani .if i had the room,you would be stolen and whsiked away to live with us...
